Key installation points for pipeline joints in the form of card sleeves:
1. Pipes that require acidic solution cleaning should be cleaned with acidic solution first.
2. According to the required length for actual use, use sawing machines or professional pipe cutting machinery to cut pipes, and it is absolutely not allowed to use melting or grinding wheels for cutting; Remove burrs, metal debris, and stains on the inner and outer circumference of the pipe end; Remove rust inhibitors and stains from the sleeve type pipeline joints; At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the roundness of the pipeline.
3. Insert the nuts and card sleeves into the pipe one by one, with the cutting edge of the card sleeve at least 3 millimeters away from the pipe junction. Then insert the tapered hole inside the pipe joint until it cannot be inserted.
4. Slowly tighten the sleeve nut while rotating the pipe until it stops moving, and then tighten the nut about 2/3 to 4/3 turns.
5. Disassemble and check if the card sleeve has been found inside the pipe and if the position is accurate. The card sleeve is not allowed to shift in the axial direction and can rotate slightly.
6. After checking that it meets the requirements, turn and tighten the nut again.
Installation precautions for high-voltage type card sleeve joints:
1. During the transfer or stationary process, the rubber hose should not be excessively bent, nor should it be bent at the root. At least it should be bent at 1.5 times its diameter.
2. When transferring the hose to both ends, it should not be pulled too tightly and should be relatively loose.
3. Try to prevent the twisting, rotation, and deformation of the rubber hose as much as possible.
It should be noted that when installing the card sleeve joint, it must be kept away from components that can generate heat radiation, and if necessary, an isolation heat plate should be installed.
